Abstract

This Act provides rules relative to the practice of animal technicians. It provides for the establishment of the Animal Technicians Council. The Council shall, with the approval of the Minister appoint a Registrar. Animal technicians shall register with the Registrar. A person shall not engage in private practice unless he or she has been issued with a valid licence to practice.
