Abstract

These principal Regulations lay down detailed rules regarding the authorization of animal remedies and the manufacture, wholesale and retail sale of animal remedies. These Regulations now define "authorised animal remedy" as "an animal remedy that is not a prohibited animal remedy". Various minor amendments are made to the principal Order.
