Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Animal Health and Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection and health of anmals. Section 4 establishes that an animal shelter and also a fur farm may be subject to an inspection under section 10 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 17 sections.
