Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 2 May 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Animal Health and Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection and health of anmals. Section 4 establishes that an animal shelter and also a fur farm may be subject to an inspection under section 10 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 17 sections.
