Abstract Part 2 establishes that for section 20 of the Animal Protection Act 2018 (the Act), the documents specified in Schedule 1 are adopted as codes of practice relating to animal welfare. Furthermore the Part specifies meaning of cruelty, laying poison, ets. Part 3 identifies members of the Advisory Committee (Art 19(2) of the Act) and clarifies other matters related to chairperson, meetings, reporting, etc. Part 4 compliance and enforcement, provides for infringement notice offences.
