Abstract This Act consisting of 20 articles aims at protecting animals from use of violence, danger, or exposition to actions may lead to harm the Animal physically and psychologically (including use the genetic engineering if it may expose it to danger) and it applies to all forms of dealing with animals. Competent body is the Ministry of Livestock, Fisheries and Range lands. The authority has the power of (i) inspections inside facilities; and (ii) lay down the scientific standards related to Animal Lenience and Welfare. The Law deals with (i) transportation; (ii) treatment; (iii) duties of the owner and animal breeder; (iv) conduct experiments on animals (a license is needed); (v) free movement; (vi) animal working hours; (vii) public exhibit or competitions; (viii) slaughtering; (ix) use of the animal or sport, or in circus, or in zoos, or practiced race; (x) wild animals; (xi) stray animals.
