Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal Importation and Quarantine Regulations by repealing paragraph 2(1) (e) (which exempted all fish and fish products with the exception of live fish from the working of the Animal Importation and Quarantine Act) and subclause 2(2)(which specidied that the exemption does not apply to live fish, if any, taken by an authorized officer under section 22(2) of the Fisheries Act [Cap. 158].
