Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal Identification Regulations in regulation 16 and regulation 31 and by adding a new regulation 31A. The Regulations concern the duty of an owner to identify cattle by means of an approved device and the approval by a State veterinarian of movement of cattle to an abattoir for slaughter or to a licensed establishment for an animal gathering event.
