Abstract An Act respecting the registration, application and implantation of animal identification marks. All marks to be applied need to be registered and the Act contains provisions on the application, expiry, renewal and cancellation of applications. Sections 21-22 deal with inspections and the powers and duties of inspectors. Section 23 defines what is to be considered an offence under the Act and prescribes the maximum fine that, in addition to any other penalty set by the law, the is liable to upon summary conviction.
