Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock under section 80 the Animal Health Act, 2010, set out in the Schedule applicable fees for the matters specified in that Schedule. The fees shall be paid for various veterinary services, stock movement permits and import and export permits and related services such as inspection (also of abattoirs) and issue of health certificates. The Regulations also concern export game animals and trophies.
