Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 7 of the Animal Health and Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provision relating to the control and notification of animal disease. The text – consisting of 10 sections – deals with the following matters: notification to provincial veterinarian, powers of inspector, remedial measures, restricted area and restriction on transportation of animal or animal by-products.
