These regulations enter into force on 23 August 2016.
Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Animal Health Act 1995. The Regulations provide specifications on: vaccination of fowls; infection and infected animals; artificial breeding; restrictions on the sale and use of manufactured animal feed; production and packaging of meals that contain restricted animal material; prohibition of feeding certain fodder to animals; record keeping; offences; etc.
