Abstract This Bylaw consisting of 21 articles regulates, among other things, the cycle of studies at the Animal Health Institute regarding the duration, the number of students, their educational background, the establishment of the Commission at the beginning of the study year, scholarships, programs, calendar, and exam sessions. Article 8 defines the following objectives (i) expanding students' information and enriching their general culture; (ii) provide them with the necessary technical information to practice their duties and assist veterinarians; (iii) training them practically on technical veterinary works; and (iv) contributing to animal disease control practice.
