Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Act. In particular, the Regulation lists authorized persons as referred to in section 1(e) of the afore-mentioned Act. The text - consisting of 8 sections – deals with the following aspects: identification of inspectors, appeal form, offence, penalties.
