Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Animal Health Act with respect to Guyana Livestock Development Authority and payment of fees for such services. Services include release of an International Veterinary Health Certificate, Quarantine Treatment, Hatchery Services, Laboratory Services, Inseminations, Embryo Transfer and Cattle Counts. ees as contained in the Schedules of this Regulation maybe amended by the Board of Directors of the Authority through public consultation with stakeholders and thereafter sent to the Minister of Agriculture for approval and publication in the Official Gazette.
