Abstract

Pursuant to the provisions laid down in Directive 91/414/EEC, the present Regulations establish animal health conditions applicable to intra-Community trade as well as imports from third countries of fresh poultry meat. The Regulations are divided into three Chapters, as follows: (I) General provisions; (II) Rules governing intra-Community trade; (III) Rules applicable to imports from third countries.
