Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Tuberculosis) Regulations 2015 by changing the definition of “herdowner” and by provide for compensation to be paid by the Minister for the purposes of bovine tuberculosis in respect of a bovines, a stock bull or a pedigree stock bull.
