Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Animal Health and Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to animal health and protection. The text – consisting of 13 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: outbreak of disease, designation and powers of inspectors, slaughtering of animals and quarantine measures. One Form is enclosed.
