The present Act concerns the protection of animal health in Yukon by preventing the entry and spread of diseases. The text consists of 74 sections divided into 10 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Administration (2); Reporting hazards (3); Quarantine, surveillance, control of hazards (4); Compliance and enforcement (5); Compensation (6); Offences and penalties (7); Collection, use and disclosure of information (8); Regulations (9); Consequential amendments, repeal and coming into force (10).
