Abstract The purpose of the Act is to assist veterinarian to contribute to good animal health, proper animal welfare, food safety and environmental protection. The Regulation ensures that wildlife, foodstuff and products of animal origin are being protected from diseases by the administration of medication as well as by the implementation of inspection . The authorization given to veterinarian and fish health biologists shall be obtained by a completed university education.
