Abstract: These Regulations implement for Northern Ireland new comprehensive EC legislation on the marketing and use of feed and continue to implement Community legislation on feed additives, undesirable substances in feed and uses of animal feedstuffs for particular nutritional purposes. They also provide for measures of enforcement and define offences. They also make amendments to the Agriculture Act, 1970.
