These regulations enter into force on 28 December 2015.
Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Animal Farming (Registration) Act 1994 by providing specifications for section 8(1)(b) of the Act, it is a condition of an animal farmer's registration that the animal farmer must keep all records, or copies of records, necessary to establish the ownership of each prescribed animal farmed. The classes or species of animals indicated as prescribed animals, and for animal farmer’s registration conditions to keep all records necessary to establish the ownership of each prescribed animal farmed.
