Abstract These Regulations implement provisions of the Animal Farming (Registration) Act 1994 by providing specifications for the classes or species of animals indicated as prescribed animals, and for animal farmer’s registration conditions to keep all records necessary to establish the ownership of each prescribed animal farmed.
