Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Animal Earmarking and Registration Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II No. 291/2009). In particular, the Ordinance rewords Part 8 on “Other markings” dealing with marking of camels and marking of bee stocks. Furthermore, the Ordinance adds Annex 1 on Data of livestock breeding; Annex 1a on Data of bee stocks; and Annex 2 on Data of ear marking of swines.
