Chapter One gives general definitions of the following Regulations. Chapter Two (sects. 2-16) provides for registration certificate and marking of cattle, which is granted by the Director of the Veterinary Services. Chapter Three (sects. 17 to 31) establishes regulations for the transport, buying or selling of cattle and includes some rules regarding slaughterhouses.
