The Regulations make provision for notification of importation of diseased live animals and investigation (2 and 3); sealing of infected premises (4); declaration of infected area by the Director (5); seizure of animals (7); destruction of animals (8 and 9); disinfecting premises by the owner (10); enforcement and inspection (11 and 12); application of registration of premises to be used for livestock production, etc (14); application for the establishment of a hatchery (15); other licenses under sections 17 or 19 of the act (17 and 18); permits to import embryos, etc. (19); quarantine fees (20), and; exportation of animals, animal products, embryos, etc. (21).
