It places restrictions on the importation of animals, hatching eggs, poultry, any vaccine serum, toxin, antitoxin, antibody and antigen used in veterinary practice, and infectious agents. It also requires a permit for the exportation of any animal, hatchery eggs or poultry and requires animal diseases to be notified. Full text English
