Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal Diseases Regulations 1925 in regulation 2 by inserting a new definition of “authorised officer”, “export”, "guidelines" and other terms, by making consequential amendments and by inserting in regulation 3 new provisions on import and procedures and requirements and the duties of an authorised officer in the control of imported and exported goods. Fees leviable under these Regulations may be paid to the Director-General through the TradeNet or in such other manner as the Director-General may determine.
