Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal Diseases Regulations 1925 in regulation 2 by inserting a new definition of “Division of Veterinary Services”, by making consequential amendments and by inserting in regulation 3 new paragraphs on the procedures of application for a permit to the Head of Division of Veterinary Services for the import of products regulated under the principal Regulations and the decision of the Head of Division of Veterinary Services on such application.
