Regulations 2 and 3 establish terms and conditions for the request of a permit and prohibition against transfer of such a permit. Pursuant to regulation 4, a permit holder may transfer animals with a written permission of a Veterinary Officer. Regulation 5 entitles the Authority to cancel or suspend the permit under justified circumstances. According to regulation 5A these Regulations apply to animal competitions as well.
