Except as provided in section 20(3), this Act shall come into force on 13 June 1991.
Abstract

The Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Finance may form a corporation for purposes of taking over a specified poison factory business from Animal Control Products'' being the trading arm of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Council. Rules for the takeover are defined.
