Abstract

In compliance with the provisions of the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001, this Regulation, consisting of 6 Parts, contains the codes of practice to be observed for securing animal welfare. The Regulation is completed by two Schedules, one indicates which are other applicable codes of practices in addition to the one set in the text, the second provides for the fees for registration under section 52 of the Act.
