I p. 2493). Article 1 establishes that the Saxon State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture shall be responsible for the interpretation of these provisions. The text, consisting of 18 articles, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: breeding of animals, application and granting of insemination procedures, duty to notify, registration procedures, storage and distribution of seeds, sale and use of semen.
