Abstract

This Regulation implements the Animal and Plant Control (Agricultural Protection and Other Purposes) Act 1986 by providing specifications on the continuation of advisory committees, namely the Exotic Animals Advisory Committee, the Deer Advisory Committee and the Exotic Birds Advisory Committee established under the revoked regulations and regulating their operation. Part 3 of the Regulation is dedicated to the control of animals.
