The landowners must contribute to the works made on their grounds. The amount of contribution or advance contribution payable by an owner for any land in respect of an employment shall be so fixed as not to exceed one half of the increase or the estimated increase in the value of the land, on account of the completion of the construction, expansion or alteration of the work. The last part of the Act is dedicated to the general provisions and to describe the role of the Government in the management of the work. Full text English
