These rules enter into force on the date of publication in the “Andhra Pradesh Gazette”.
Abstract

These Rules, consisting of 24 Sections and two Forms, prescribe functions necessary to carry out provisions of the Biological Diversity Act. The Rules prescribe manner of selection, terms of office, conditions of service, etc. of the Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board and defines his/hers powers and duties.
