Abstract

These Rules regard various aspects of the Ancient Monuments Commission as established by the Ancient Monuments Act, such as members of Commission, period of membership, meetings of the Commission, procedure at meetings, the keeping of minutes of meetings, etc. The Commission may appoint special committees for the purpose of exercising all or any of the powers and duties set out in section seven, or of enforcing any by-laws made under the provisions of section sixteen, of the Act in respect of particular areas.
