Abstract

This Act amends Chapter 6 of Division 5 of Title 2 of the Commonwealth Code so as to provide for the protection of a marine fish called "rays" and prohibits the feeding of sharks within shore waters. All fees and fines collected pursuant into the provisions of this Act shall be deposited into the Fish and Game Revolving Fund Account.
