The purpose of the Act here amended is to authorize the Chief of the Division of Fish and Wildlife to give the Aging Program Administrator all confiscated fish, game or endangered or threatened species of animals caught contrary to wildlife conservation legislation in force. The fauna is supplied for consumption by elderly people. The principal Act is amended so as to exclude from its application sphere items of wildlife that are listed as threatened or endangered species by the United States go
