Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to authorize the Chief of the Division of Fish and Wildlife to give the Aging Program Administrator all confiscated fish, game or endangered or threatened species of animals caught contrary to wildlife conservation legislation in force. The fauna is supplied for consumption by elderly people.
