Abstract

This Act concerns public health in American Samoa. It deals with a wide variety of matters including adulteration of food and regulation-making powers of the Director as related to food safety and hygiene, animal diseases including diseases transmittable to human beings, decontamination and conservation of water. The Act aims at strengthening the public health infrastructure.
