Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs, made under section 21(1)(b) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, amends the list of activities for purposes of this section and associated minimum emission standards. Additional requirements under subcategory shall continue to apply even after the waste ceases to be waste in terms of section 1 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, as amended by the National Environmental Management: Waste Amendment Act, 2014.
