Abstract

These Rules amend the Rules of the National Council of Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals: in rule 5.23 concerning payments; in rule 5.25 concerning sterilization of pets; and by adding a new rule (5.36) concerning compulsory forwarding to the National Council of a request for an opinion and/or advice relating to the issue of a permit in terms of the Performing Animals Protection Act.
