Abstract

This amendment of the principal Regulations concerns the classification of coastal waters (reg. 5), and in particular the use and designation of class B waters. The uses of waters of class B are extended to over-water commercial or residential structures for recreational or domestic use. After the effective date of this amendment, no coastal mangrove fringe greater than 50 feet in width shall be classified as class B waters.
