Abstract

These Regulations amend the Inland Fisheries Resources Regulation in regulations 3 and 4 concerning applications for the registration of fishing nets, in regulation 5 concerning recreational fishing licences; in regulation 18 concerning mesh size of gill nets; in regulation 26 concerning the validity of recreational fishing licences; in regulation 28 concerning fees; in regulation 31 concerning size limits for fish; in regulation 33 concerning an application for and issuing of a licence to use a recreational fishing charter boat; and in regulation 42 concerning offences. They also insert new regulations (33a) concerning the issuing of recreational fishing charter boat licence and modify forms in the Schedule.
