Abstract

This Amendment of the Fishery Management Plan for the Shrimp Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico eliminates the annual reports and reviews of the Tortugas Shrimp Sanctuary in favor of monitoring and an annual stock assessment. Three seasonally opened areas within the sanctuary continue to open seasonally, without need for annual action.
