The use of drift gillnet gear for coastal migratory pelagic resources (king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, cobia, cero mackerel, little tunny, dolphin and in the Gulf of Mexico bluefish) in the South Atlantic and Gulf of Councils' area of jurisdiction is prohibited and the retention prohibited in other drift gillnet fisheries.
