Abstract

These Regulations concern measures to control Amblyomma Variegatum, Heartwater or Dermatophilosis, a disease affecting livestock. Owners of animals shall notify the (suspicion of) this disease to the Chief Veterinary Officer or the Director of Agriculture. The Regulations define other duties of owners of places infested with the disease and define powers of the Chief Veterinary Officer in relation with directions regarding infested places or animals.
