Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “timber harvesting land base" means the current timber harvesting land base for a tree farm license area or a timber supply area, whichever is applicable, as set out in the most recent allowable annual cut determination for the area. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Definitions (1); Proportionate reduction (2); Allowable annual cut available (3); Allowable annual cut adjustments (4).
