Entry into force notes
The present Regulations enter into force on 6 December 1943.
Abstract

The present Regulations were made under the Mineral Resources Act, 1959 which was repealed, but these Regulations continue in force under the Crown Minerals Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to disposal of rights, the property of the Crown, natural accumulations of soluble mineral salts and associated marls. The text consists of 33 sections.
