Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the functions of the Alfalfa Seed Commission established under the Alfalfa Seed Plan Regulation (Alta. Reg. 181/2009). The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following aspects: interpretation, application, amount of service charge, inspection of dealer records, refund of service charge, use of funds, legal action and expiry.
